Thank You for reaching out to us at The Galena Brewery. The Galena Brewery is all about celebrations and has served as a venue for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, wedding ceremonies and more!
The following information will give you an idea of all the private party services we provide.
We have three options for facility space for your event:
• For groups up to 23 -25 guests we have our private party room with its own bar that rents for $150. The room fee includes a Server/Bartender assigned to your specific event. If your guest list is 26 - 60 guests we would cordened off a portion of the main dining room area for your private party. The setup fee of $200 includes two Servers and a Bartender for your event. This arrangement has proven to be a well received idea in the past - as it provides ample space to roam the tables and meet and greet family and friends. The table setting consists of some high-top tables as well as low dining tables.
• For larger gatherings like weddings/receptions with guests from 60 - 130 we offer the "buy out" option whereby you rent the entire restaurant/brewery facility for $1800 – and we close our doors to the public. (Rental is $1800 on a Friday or Saturday - $1200 on Sunday) This has worked well for a wedding venue and/or wedding reception. We would close our doors to the public and the place is yours. There is seating for approx. 125 - 130 guests and requires a minimum food order of $2500). This makes a fun and memorable venue for the wedding if you are flexible with your date ...as the date would have to be at a time when our business to the public is historically minimal - to justify closing our doors to the public. We have had some wonderful wedding memories at the Galena Brewery! Suggestions... a Friday or a Sunday after a three day weekend usually works for us - if you wish to have us close our doors to the public. Some Saturdays work as well, depending on the date.
The attached documents outline our banquet menu and pricing. You can create your own buffet to fit your budget. Pricing shown is per person. We can easily accommodate special diet requests such as vegetarian and gluten free. The buffet is free for children under 5. In addition, parents do have the option of ordering from our Kids Menu upon arrival. (Pricing is $7 on Kids Menu)
We offer a full bar – with craft beer, wine and mixed drinks – both well drinks and upper shelf. Prices range from $5 for a pint of beer, $6.50 for glass of wine – with mixed drinks pricing at $5 up to $9.00 for a Long Island Iced Tea.

Bavarian Pretzel Bites: A brewery favorite! Hot, salty pretzel bites served with beer cheese sauce and house mustard. - 5 VT
Roasted Cheese Curds: Wisconsin Cheese Curds breaded and baked; served with ranch dressing. - 5 VT GF
Baked Chicken Tenders: Boneless, homestyle breaded chicken breast meat; ranch or BBQ sauce. - 5 GF
Tomato Bruschetta: Baked bruschetta topped with fresh tomato, garlic, basil and olive oil blended with Mediterranean spices. - 4 VT
Classic Hummus: Served with freshly baked Naan flatbread, celery and carrot sticks. - 4 VT GF
Spinach and Artichoke Dip: Served with baked Naan flatbread and tortilla chips. - 5 VT
Brie and Fruit Crostini: Creamy brie on crisp crostini with strawberries and our house blueberry sauce. - 4 VT
Caprese Skewers: Fresh mozzarella, cherry tomato and mint, drizzled with balsamic glaze. - 5 VT GF
Pork and Vegatable Egg Rolls: Crisp Asian egg rolls served with sweet chili and soy dipping sauce. - 6
Cocktail Shrimp Tray: Jumbo shrimp lightly seasoned and smoked infused with house cocktail sauce and fresh lemons. - 7 GF
Entrees are served banquet style. Prices are per person
Sliders: Your choice of roast beef au jus, slow roasted pulled pork, or BBQ chicken, served with Brioche slider buns. - 9
BBQ Meatballs: Our Miner’s Treasure Amber house BBQ sauce pairs perfectly with Italian style meatballs. - 8
Maxwell Street Polish: An authentic skin-on Polish sausage, served with grilled onions, honey mustard, and poppy seed buns. - 7
Chicken Salad Croissant: Our homemade chicken salad, served with crisp croissants, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce. - 8
Baked Chicken Breast: Roasted chicken served with garlic cream sauce. - 8
Beef Tenderloin: Tender beef tips served in a mushroom demi-glaze. - 15
Baked Salmon: Flaky North American Salmon filets, served with a citrus marmalade sauce. - 15
Beef Strogonoff: A creamy mushroom and onion sauce highlights, seasoned beef tips. Served with buttered egg noodles and garlic toast. - 15 GF
Pork Tenderloin: Tender roast pork, served with caramelized onions. - 9
The Ultimate Ribs: St Louis style pork ribs fall off the bone. We serve BBQ sauce on the side because these ribs are great just the way they are. - 19
Baked Tilapia: Flaky filets served with our house green sauce and lemon wedges - 10
Roast Beef: Tender roast beef au jus, served with our horseradish crème sauce. - 10
Mushroom Alfrado: Our vegetarian masterpiece. Heavy cream and Parmesan combine with sauteed mushrooms to make this dish unforgettable. Served with broad egg noodles and garlic bread. - 10 VT
TACO BAR: The ultimate Taco bar. Your choice of Taco meat, pulled pork, or Southwestern chicken, served with hard and soft-shell tacos, shredded cheese, lettuce, red onions, salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, hot sauce and Mexican rice. - 12
Sides are served buffet style. Priced per person.
Loaded Mashed Potatoes: Mashed Idaho potatoes with butter, sour cream, cheese, and
bacon bits. - 3 GF
Coleslaw: Extra creamy coleslaw with crisp cabbage, carrots and mayo: contains eggs. - 3
Potato Salad: Steakhouse style with potatoes, bacon, sour cream and special seasonings. - 3 GF
Pasta Salad: Pasta with coleslaw dressing, bacon and green onions. - 3
Bourbon Baked Beans: Baked beans with sauteed green peppers, onions seasoned with
brown sugar, bacon and a kiss of bourbon. - 3 GF
Beer Chips: Our house kettle chips dusted with beer powder. Unique to GBC. - 3 VT GF
House Salad: Fresh mixed greens with grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, red onions, and
shredded cheddar cheese; served with ranch & blue cheese dressing. - 6 VT
Baked Potato Bar: Freshly baked Idaho potatoes served with whipped butter, sour cream,
bacon, green onions, salsa, and shredded cheese. - 6 GF
Garlic Bread or Breadsticks: - 2 VG
